ITEM: Saturday, February 2, 2002. Today I took out the radiator and battery. The battery is
recharging on the patio (it seems to have exploded a bit and is corroding my new battery tray. The
radiator was to be recored, but I learned the shop is not open until Monday, so I stuck it back in again.

ITEM: Saturday, February 2, 2002. Today I also could not find my engine rebuild book (I want to replace
the piston rings when I take the heads off to be rebuilt). I couldn't find it on many other days, but it
qualifies as an ITEM today because I tried really, really hard.

exasperated with my rotting American MuscleCar. In the picture it looks like he's helping me back my car in, but
that's just an illusion carried out through the magic of digital photography; the Stang hasn't moved for months.

NEWSFLASH: They don't recore aluminum radiators. I'll take it in anyway to see if they can patch
it or something. I'm probably wrong about it being aluminum, anyway. Can you tell?
